Randy Erickson
Randy graduated with a BS in Athletic Training from Weber State in 2005; He graduated with his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008 from Regis University. His emphasis is in Manual Therapy, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He is Dry Needle certified and a member of the APTA. Randy is the director of the Roy Clinic and has been instrumental in opening both the Farmington Clinic and the Roy Clinic for Wasatch Peak.
He enjoys spending time with family, mountain biking, triathlons, camping, and horseback riding.

Alyssa Lyman
Alyssa graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and minor in Psychology. She then Attended Rocky Mountain University to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. Alyssa joined the Wasatch Peak team as a Physical Therapist after completing a clinical rotation at the Layton clinic during school. She works at the Roy clinic and enjoys treating various pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions.
Alyssa grew up in Illinois and moved to Utah for PT school. She is loyal to all of Chicago’s sports teams (except the Cubs). She also enjoys exploring the beautiful Utah mountains, reading, and snowboarding.

Joel Carter
Joel graduated from Utah Valley University in 2020 with his bachelor’s degree and then attended Wheeling University where he graduated from the physical therapy program in 2023. Joel began his career working at Wasatch peak and works in the Roy and Layton clinics. He has taken an interest in working with patients with cervical and TMJ pain as well as general orthopedics.
Joel is originally from California, but has just moved to Utah from West Virginia in 2023. He and his family live in Farmington and are raising their two children who keep life full of fun. In his free-time he enjoys anything outdoors, and anything that involves a board.
