What to Expect
Your initial visit with Wasatch Peak Physical Therapy will involve discussing and examining your health history and pain level. Once we have an idea of the issues you are facing, we can start working on a treatment plan that is designed to get you up and moving and feeling your best once again. Together we can establish goals and a treatment plan that will restore mobility and movement while reducing pain and inflammation.
Patients will visit our office to work on therapeutic modalities that may include electrical stimulation, dry needling, specific stretches and exercises, and more. We create a program based specifically on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. The first few treatments are usually the hardest as the body adjusts to different modalities and movements. As you progress in the treatment, we can evaluate how your body adapts to movement and how it is healing.
