Sports Medicine Treatments

Patients will establish treatment goals with our physical therapy team. We want to help you achieve these goals by properly implementing the correct modalities to improve the body. We design training programs and techniques based on your overall health and cardiovascular function. As you undergo in-office treatments, we will discuss additional treatments to improve the healing process.

Some patient treatments include nutritional adjustments to strengthen the muscles and aid in the recovery process. Soft tissue manipulation is another standard treatment used to improve muscle function and reduce inflammation.
